What Is an Employment Talent Assessment with Operational Goals and Objectives?

Our assessment consists of a review of the Company’s operational goals and objectives and assessment of the current employee base to identify strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to achieving the goals and objectives.  We will make recommendations on how to effectively position the current employee base (in areas such as hiring, promotion, reassignment, succession planning, compensation and rewards) to achieve the stated goals and objectives.  The assessment will consist of a high-level understanding of the operational goals and objectives, the skill set of the employee base to achieve the goals and objectives and a gap analysis between the two.  The assessment will also include a review of current policies, practices, procedures the HR information systems, talent rewards programs and succession planning.
